I started my fitness career in 2012, after having no direction in community college. My greatest passion in life is helping people, and it was hard to find the right avenue to channel that passion. I fell in love with fitness and learning how the body works, and decided to combine my passion for helping people with fitness. I changed my degree to Kinesiology in 2013, and received my AA in Kinesiology in 2016, as well as my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, May of 2018. I wanted to continue my education, so I am currently enrolled for my Master’s, with an expected graduating date of May 2020. I am also a certified weightlifting coach from USA-Weightlifting. I am constantly growing, learning, and adapting to become the best coach I can be.

I started interning at Rise Above Fitness in late 2016 learning from Brandan Schieppati and other trainers, which led to me becoming a full time trainer. I am also a strength coach for a local high school working in all different sports. I work with all age groups, from youth athletes to older adults, and my desire is for you to move better in the gym, so you can move better in life. If you are looking for one-on-one or small group training, come by the gym and ask for me. Come join the family!
