RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY
Rise Above Fitness, LLC cannot add or remove any item to an order that has already been placed. Once the order is placed, no changes will be made to any aspect of the order (i.e., size, style, color, etc.).
Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and still in the original packaging may be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item sold by Rise Above Fitness, LLC. Returns and/or exchange requests MUST be made via email to Apparel@riseabovefitnessoc.com within thirty (30) days of delivery. Unfortunately, should your request fall outside the thirty (30) day delivery period, your return/exchange request will not be granted.
Items not eligible for return, refund, and/or exchange include, but are not limited to:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products (including Online Coaching Programs and Ebooks)
* Headwear (including hats, snapbacks, beanies, headbands, etc.)
* Items sold as "PRE-ORDER" and/or "LIMITED EDITION"
* Custom Cut Apparel and/or Accessories
These items are sold as-is and are final sale items.
All return/exchange requests MUST be sent via email to Apparel@riseabovefitnessoc.com and a copy of this email included with your returned item - NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to properly follow the return/exchange procedure may result in Company denial of your return/exchange request. Customers are responsible for paying return postage on all return/exchange requests. Return postage will only be paid by Rise Above Fitness, LLC on returns or exchanges which are a result of Company's improper completion of the order and/or item defect. Rise Above Fitness, LLC reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet all criteria above.
Once your return is received and inspected, Rise Above Fitness, LLC will send you an email to notify you of receipt of your returned item and will include the approval or rejection of your request.
If you are approved for refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 7-10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
If you do not receive your refund within 7-10 business days, first check your bank account again; then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you are still unable to track the refund, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have yet to receive your refund, please contact Rise Above Fitness, LLC at Apparel@riseabovefitnessoc.com.
If you are approved for exchange, Rise Above Fitness, LLC will communicate with you via email to complete the exchange for another item that is in stock. Customers are responsible for re-shipment postage on all exchanges. Exchanges will not be shipped to customer until re-shipment postage is paid in full.
SALE/DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE ITEMS
Customers requesting a return/exchange on sale and/or discount items will only be credited for the amount paid for an item - NOT retail value. Discount code will only apply to the original order when used and are not eligible on return/exchange items.

Again, customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Company does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
